Fleet, Car Management System

FLEET is a conceptual car and fleet management system designed to serve as a one-stop solution for all vehicle-related needs. Developed through a complete UX process, the system puts user experience at the forefront—featuring a clean visual interface, smart AI integration, and seamless syncing with third-party systems.

Competitor Research

Based on interview feedback and market leaders, several system types were analyzed:

c1.png
c2.png

Customized DaaS/CRM Systems

Used by companies as fleet management solutions, but often not tailored for automotive needs.

c3.png

GPS-Oriented Systems

Effective for delivery and transport services but provide minimal data on the vehicles themselves.

c4.png

Fleet Management Apps

Offer strong UX and visuals but struggle with scalability beyond small fleets.

Research Conclusions

  • Minimal focus on the end user (drivers).

  • No in-system communication—updates rely on external tools.

  • No third-party or internal system syncing (e.g. service shops, HR).

  • High reliance on manual data entry.

  • Most systems suffer from poor UX and outdated UI design.

Business Goals

  • Position the company as a leader in UX-driven enterprise solutions.

  • Enable full system integration with third-party and in-house tools.

  • Offer a true end-to-end fleet management solution.

Business Model

  • Enterprise license (per user).

  • Monthly fees based on vehicle volume.

  • Optional driver companion mobile app.

  • Flexible pricing for custom development.
