Job Description:
As VP of recruitment Lura's main job is the connection between the organization's business units and the work of the HR team. This is a tow ways connection; to the business units Lura will give the information on open positions, recruitment SLA, candidate quality, etc. from the business units Lura will inform her HR teams on the business needs, goals and the quarterly achievements marks.
Only in rear occasion Lura will work (hands-on) on a specific candidate recruitment.
Background:
Lura works in the organization for over 20 years, she started as a recruiter and gone through most of HR positions on the way to becoming VP. Lura loves online shopping especially for clothing and home decor products. While she is not tech-savvy she can get around any OS and know about all the new trending apps form her kids.

As a recruiter Lena's job is to find the perfect candidate to the open positions she have. She needs to match the skills and knowledge of the candidate to the needs of each position. In order to do so, Lena will do the candidate search - research - phone interview - preliminary interview - and filter only the best matched. She'll introduce the right candidates to the hiring manager for a job interview. To do all of that Lena need to have a good knowledge about the filed she recruiting for as well as what happens on this filed out side the organization.
Background:
Lena works in the organization for about 3 years as a recruiter. Lena just graduated her sociology bachelor degree and as a naturally curious person she is all ready thinking about enrolling for a master degree. Lena love to deep dive on any topic she find interesting and always want to know everything. Lena knows her way around tech and just like everything she does she even 'tried her luck' with some basic coding.

Background:
Niki Works in the organization for 5 years, after completing a few positions in HR she had promoted to her first management positions. prior to working in the organization Niki worked as a recruiter for small companies and startups. Niki is also a "Top Mom" and try to be as involved as possibles in her girls life. Niki is really a tech early adopter she love tech products, gadgets and especially apple products.
